Our client is a premier global investment bank with strong footprint in the region. It is seeking to recruit a dynamic VP - Regional Compensation Specialist to support its Treasury & Securities Services division across the Asia Pacific region.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Compensation, you will perform a variety of complex compensation activities which include but are not limited to: supporting compensation funding activities, conducting compensation surveys, advising and guiding the Treasury & Securities Services division and HR regarding compensation actions for employees, administering/coordinating annual compensation planning process, and collecting, analysing and reporting competitive salary and market trend data.

You will have at least 8 – 10 years of HR experience including a few years in regional compensation & benefits ideally gained in a major MNC or leading consulting house ideally with a strong portfolio of banking clients. You will be strategic, creative and commercial in your approach.
