Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related field.
2 years of supervisory experience, preferably within the Financial Industry and operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex inter-system dependencies.
Ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions.
Must be able to work effectively across department lines.
Highly organized with project management skills.
Strong comprehension of general ledger and DDA systems. Strong oral and written communications skill.
Proficient with MSOffice Applications.
Perferred Skills
Some project management experience is preferred
Experience with JPMorgan General Ledger (SAP/GLW) and DDA systems (ECD/SBS)
Experience with JPMorgan ACBS Loan system
Knowledge of the securities business and its processing/settlement environment.
Experience with servicing the broker and dealer community.
Ability to work in a high risk and high dollar processing environment.
