Independent Investment Bank require a Managing Director for their London team.

My client is an independent investment bank with a fantastic track record in the UK/European market. Their Corporate Finance team has a history of advising mid-market clients on both ECM and M&A mandates. They are now seeking a senior individual who would specifically focus on expanding their M&A capabilities.

The suitable candidate will already have attained Managing Director status and have a wealth of experience both originating and executing UK mid-market deals. The role is cross-sector and therefore a generalist background is preferred. However, those with a sector specific background will also be considered.
