This role will be directly responsible for developing manpower development strategies to achieve business growth and profitable sales.

Key responsibilities:-

• Lead a team of to oversee the agency recruitment function of agency channel to develop and implement business strategies to achieve manpower development targets
• Act as project director to lead the agency recruitment project to achieve key project milestones
• Design various recruitment initiatives to build the sales force
• To prepare recruitment cost & benefits analysis to measure project effectiveness periodically
• Work closely with channel head, division head of agency management, sales HR and key stakeholders to review the manpower development strategy and planning
• Assist with setting budgets and manage control on all the expenses associated with agency recruitment
• Lead the team to provide accurate and timely business analysis on key business initiatives and divisional performance for setting strategies to achieve business targetsResponsible for ad hoc projects on behalf of agency channel.

Requirements:-

• University graduate, preferably holder of FLMI
• At least 10 years’ experience in financial industry in area of distribution management, agency recruitment, development and communication in which 5 years are management related
• Insurance industry experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and powerpoint applications
• Strong leadership competency, people management skills and ability to inspire people
• Good relationship skills with stakeholders
• Keep abreast of employment market in particular relating to financial institutions recruitments and compensationAbility to adapt to change and work in a changing environment
