RESPONSIBILITIES
As the key operational contact for these two clients you will provide a pivotal role in:
1. Ensuring software support issues are processed, prioritized and executed internally, whilst keeping the Client updated and managing their expectations
2. Facilitating between the Client, internally and any 3rd parties regarding other issues and projects that need to be progressed
3. Business Analysis to identify and / or develop cross-selling opportunities across the range of integrated electronic channel-banking software products e.g. Internet Banking, ATM, Mobile Banking and Kiosks
REQUIREMENTS
Our Client is seeking an individual with proven experience from either a similar relationship management, or software support role gained in a Financial Software Solutions Company or from within a Banking environment (Retail).
The ability to be self-motivated, co-ordinate, negotiate, show initiative and strength of character in fulfilling the roles responsibilities are the key qualities our Client will be looking for, coupled with proven experience in a similar role.
