A world-class investment bank with an award-winning reputation for their innovative learning and development initiatives, our client is now looking for a high caliber expert within the L&D space. You will take on full responsibility for the Singapore region, identifying L&D needs through training needs analysis, designing effective training programmes and facilitating these effectively throughout the business.
You will be a commercially minded individual with proven experience of reducing reliance on 3rd party vendors and creating cost-effective in house training modules that are tailored to the business agenda. In return, you will be given the opportunity to spearhead L&D initiatives across the Singapore operation and work with the top talent in the market.
Experience required:
- 10-15 years L&D and Training experience
- Investment Banking sector experience
- Experience of designing and delivering training modules in the financial sector
- Training needs analysis experience
- Proven track record of facilitating soft-skills and technical training within banking
- Degree qualification
- Experience working in the APAC region
- Full end to end training management experience
