A small but high profile boutique asset manager and investment firm seeks a generalist HR Business Partner who has a bias towards or background in Compensation and Benefits.

Our client is a boutique asset management firm that has its HQ in London and offices in US and Far East. The HR team is relatively new and fairly small but needs to expand to cope with the increasing demands of the growing business.

An experienced HR professional is required to provide a generalist HR service to the Business involving Talent Management, Development, ER, Resourcing and HR strategy. This person will also be the main point of contact for all matters relating to Compensation and Benefits internationally.

The role will suit individuals who have experience as either;

• A generalist Business Partner who has had a great deal of involvement with Reward  or

• A Compensation / Benefits professional who has had some exposure to the HR Generalist world

Experience of wholesale financial services would be useful but is not essential.
