Design, develop, implement and maintain business applications with Microsoft technologies. Configure applications for high availability, scalability, security and performance.

• Develop, implement, enhance and maintain trading, clearing, risk management and surveillance  applications for real-time world class electronic trading and operations in Microsoft Windows environment. 
• Ability to recruit, develop and manage a very talented team
• Implement best practices in software development and deployment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development. For senior levels, a total of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in software development is desired including minimum 3 years of senior technical development management experience.
• Strong preference for experience in financial services like retail or investment banking, securities or commodities trading or financial exchanges.
• Experience in developing and deployment applications in the areas of trading, clearance and settlement, risk management or surveillance strongly desired.
• Program/project management skills a big-plus for senior roles.
• Preference for strong experience in software development and deployment methodologies such as ITIL, CMMi, SEI, RUP etc.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft technology stack viz. MS.NET, C# or C++, SQL Server, Windows platforms (2005/2003/2000/NT) mandatory
• Bachelors or Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Administration or related disciplines from a reputed institution is mandatory
• Develop, implement, enhance and maintain trading, clearing, risk management and surveillance applications for real-time world class electronic trading and operations in Microsoft Windows environment.
