My client is a leading fixed income house seeking to enhance their Account Management group with a key hire.
The teams responsibilities are diverse, including preparing detailed portfolio risk reports, producing research and analysis to enhance client service, and customized client reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare client reports spanning performance, trading activity, portfolio valuation and risk metrics.
  • Continually building understanding of underlying market factors to complete more qualitative, complex investment analyses
  • Effectively utilize tools such as Excel spreadsheets, macros, and query tools, along with internet sites
  • Analyse Portfolio data including qualitative and quantitative performance attribution
  • Produce ad-hoc client, consultant, auditor, & internal requests for information
  • Actively listen and ask questions to determine and meet customer needs; go beyond normal job responsibilities to indirectly satisfy the customer
  • Flourish in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment with frequent shifts in priorities as business needs dictate.
  • Foster a sense of teamwork, assisting others when needed/required.
  • Have the desire to contribute to and grow with the organization through a variety of developmental assignments  


For this position, your qualifications and skillset will include the following:

  • Educated to degree level, ideally with a degree in mathematical, financial, or economic related subject
  • IMC qualified or progression toward a CFA
  • 1-3 years of relevant fixed income asset management related experience
  • Familiarity with fixed income markets and macroeconomics, currency and derivative instruments.
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Strong systems (Excel, Bloomberg) experience preferable
