Our client is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, and Advisory services. Their Dubai Practice is looking to expand their Advisory department and invites you to be part of this growth period. Your client base will consist of Banking, Asset Management, Oil and Gas. This is a not to miss opportunity to gain exposure to the buying and selling side of transactions in the leading practice firm in the Middle East.
In this role you will:
*Demonstrate at least a general knowledge of (and in at least three areas a working knowledge of) accounting, tax, regulatory, legal issues and the business and economic environment as they impact a corporate finance transaction
*Have well developed skills in at least one of the core Corporate Finance service lines
*Demonstrate a working knowledge of the core Corporate Finance service lines namely corporate advisory, capital raising, mergers and acquisition advice, valuations, and transaction services
*Apply financial analysis, business experience and market knowledge to initiate, and/or assess the likelihood of completing, a corporate finance transaction
*Apply financial analysis; business experience and market knowledge to provide value added transaction execution services and/or advisory services in the completion of corporate finance transactions
*Communicate regulatory, financial information and strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decision makers in corporate finance transactions

Requirements for this role are a university degree, an international recognised accounting qualification (such as CA, CFA, CPA) and 3-5 years due diligence experience or equivalent.
