Senior Associate/Vice President Investment Banking Financial Services sector (Also: IT, Automotive, Energy, Media, & Bus Process Outsourcing)  One of the largest diversified groups in the world, with offices in many key cities, is looking to expand in a few key industry sectors. The first order of business is to secure a Senior Associate/Vice President of Investment Banking within the Financial Services sector  Responsibilities:
*Position to reside in New York with travel to Mumbai
*Assist/lead effort in the origination of new business related to capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and other advisory service assignments.
*Lead execution effort on related mandates. Requirements:
*Four to five years professional experience
*Experience with debt (bank and bond) and equity financing
*Experience with mergers and acquisitions valuation and execution
*Experience in client management
*Must have significant industry contacts Education:
*New York:  MBA preferred
