Key Responsibilities include:
• Timely settlement of trades on behalf of clients
• Daily fails management
• Timely reporting to the business on failing trades for escalation
• Timely and accurate resolution of client queries or requests
• Escalation of potential risk and exposure to supervisor in a timely and efficient manner
• Employment of networking skills to manage relationships with custodian, clients, relationshipmanagers, middle office representatives and information sources.
• Working as part of a team in providing support to colleagues and ensure that the department maintains optimum performance and delivery of objectives.
