Our client is a US MNC with revenue exceeding US$11Billion. With a strong growth strategy in Asia, there is now a need for a Senior HR Manager to focus on senior leadership development for the top 150 leaders in Asia.
As the key person for leadership development in Asia, you will work closely with the senior management to ensure their career development needs are well charted and that the leadership bar is raised across the organisation. As the Executive Coach to these leaders, you will research the best practice in emotional intelligence, coaching methods and leadership style to incorporate into the framework and initiatives.
You are degree qualified with more than 10 years of organisational development experience, especially in the field of talent development. You should have a strong track record in partnering senior management in progressive MNCs. Strong knowledge of tools such as MBTI will be highly beneficial.
