You should hold a university degree and have gained in-depth knowledge in the area of Investor Relations in an international company. Further you are financially and commercially literate, demonstrating strong numerical and presentation skills. This position requires excellent organizational abilities and strong analytical skills (CFA charter holder preferred). Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must; any other language is an asset.

In this position you will be responsible for maximizing and developing current and new relationships with the investor community. You will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Senior Management, to promote the understanding of the Company’s’ performance and prospects to the financial capital markets. This position involves travel within Europe.

Your main tasks will be:

- developing Investor Relations strategy as well as policies & procedures

- maintaining awareness of the views of analysts, shareholders and potential investors

- producing and develop investor communications and presentation materials

- preparing company press releases, results announcements and operational updates

- supporting the Head of IR in quarterly and annual results release
