We are currently looking for an Employees Benefits Broker to take care of and handle the sales of products available to this organisation across the GCC countries.

UAE Employee Benefits Insurance Broker:

Attracting and retaining high calibre employees is a growing problem in the region and staff benefits play an increasing part in the recruitment process. Having made the investment you want to be certain that in the event of a medical problem the matter is dealt with expediently, in confidence and sympathetically.

The Role:

We will be looking for an individual to advise on retirement solutions, life, disability and medical programmes for individuals and large corporate buyers. Within the local team there are medically qualified professional staff that assist with technical policy interpretation and the reimbursement process.

Working in conjunction with our clients and their HR functions, this role will hope to allow developing cost-effective tailored solutions on a range of benefit options meeting local recruitment needs as well as statutory requirements for the workforce.

 Individual Requirements:

• European Employee Benefits experience
• A knowledge of the Benefits markets and products readily available today
• At least 3 years experience
• Be either from a broking background or a knowledgeable HR function
• Brokering licence
• Strong leadership skills
