You will be responsible for day to day managing of resources/deliverables for Murex Rates/FX team members (10 people).
• Responsible for Service Delivery reporting.
• Responsible for defining/managing overnight support rota.
• Responsible for reporting back to business and IT management team on progress of Murex bugs/defects.

Experience/Qualifications Required:
• Experience of providing Murex end user support to Back, Middle and Front Office is essential.
• Knowledge of Murex configuration, for example static data setup, knowledge of setting up filters/batches/Processing scripts.
• Knowledge of UNIX, some shell scripting and simple commands.
• Knowledge of SQL and Murex data model.
• Knowledge of Murex services/architecture (launcher configuration).
• Hands on support experience of Murex technical software, for example Reporting Module/RTI/MXML.
• Experience/understanding of Murex upgrades (patch/main branch).
• Rates business/product knowledge would be beneficial.
