For one of our clients we are looking for a: 

Global Capital Markets/IFRS Manager or Senior Advisor

Job Description:

As a Capital Markets/IFRS Manager or Senior Advisor you will be integrated in a dedicated team of professionals who provide high-value advisory services in two main areas:

• Advice in IFRS: assistance in IFRS conversion projects, ad-hoc assistance and consultations in deals and complex transactions, training, technical support to audit engagement teams, etc.;

• Advice to companies listed or wanting to be listed on Euronext, on alternative markets (Alternext, AIM, etc.) or in the US (compliance with US GAAP, comfort letters, SEC filings, etc.).

The clients mainly include prestigious multinational companies, listed and non-listed. You will manage and develop multiple relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through high quality service deliverables. You also look for opportunities to expand the services to solve the clients’ complex business problems and position the company as preferred services provider.

Your Profile:

• You have an experience in Audit or Audit related services of 5 to 8 years for a Manager or 3 to 6 years for a Senior Advisor. Previous experience in the industry can also be considered provided you demonstrate you have the required skills for the job we offer.

• You have a Licentiate/Master degree in applied economics, business studies, business engineering, … (a specialization in accounting and audit is an asset).

• You enjoy working in teams, you take initiatives and are eager to learn. Your have strong interpersonal and communication skills with great potential for further development. You take an analytical approach and have a critical mind when faced to problems. You have excellent project management, planning and organizational skills.

• You have solid Technical Accounting (preferably in IFRS as well) skills.

• You are a Dutch and/or French speaker and you are fluent in English.
