The Marketing Product Analyst position will manage the day-to-day production process activities for global fund fact sheets and other automated marketing pieces for multiple product groups, as well as manage our internal automated processing systems, supporting 5 offices globally with expected expansion.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral Production Management
- Manage collateral production processes to maintain consistent look and feel and ensure data quality and timeliness of delivery
- Support global offices with collection and response to regional requests/feedback
- Contact for internal/external client communications
- Coordinate web and distribution efforts

Automated Publishing Systems Management
- Utilize our internal automated publishing systems for marketing collateral production
- Implement new collateral integration and enhancement requests
- Contact for vendor issues identification and resolution testing

New Collateral Implementation
- Implement new automation design as part of the ongoing production process
- Contact for client feedback and issue identification/resolution
- Participation in additional marketing collateral, data and web projects, as required

Qualifications

- BA/BS required
- 2+ years of prior work experience, preferably in a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Results oriented and deadline driven
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and accurate
- Team player, motivated and positive attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
- Familiarity with web technologies
