Our client is a recently established London based private equity fund investing in Africa across all industry sectors. They are currently seeking to expand their team at Principal level.

The fund was founded by an ultra high net-worth and high profile individual, with a long and highly successful career history operating in Africa. The Partners of the team are long-term investors and have decades of collective experience successfully leading and investing in companies across this region. Their deep understanding of Africa makes them the ideal partner for senior managers of growing African businesses. The successful candidate will work alongside the Partners of the fund and will be centrally involved in the origination, analysis and execution of private equity investment opportunities.

To apply, you should have relevant work experience gained ideally in an investment role within private equity or the M&A department of a leading investment bank. Experience operating in emerging economies would be useful but is not a prerequisite. The successful candidate will be mature, entrepreneurial and capable of taking a leading role within a small but growing team.
