My client, a leading global financial services provider has a requirement for a senior finance manager. Due to the continuing demand for their insurance product offering, expansion has lead to the opening of this appointment.

This key position will provide leadership across the finance department and support to the overall management function. The candidate will oversee the month end closing process and monthly management reports compilation for life insurance business. The role requires the timely and effective filing of head office/regulatory financial reports. The ideal candidate will actively assist in the compilation of company’s business plan and undertake the development and management of the team. 

It is essential that the suitable candidate has a strong verifiable background gained within the financial services arena. Ideally you will have audit experience from the Big 4. You will be educated to degree level and possess a relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, HKICPA). You must have at least 10 years relevant working experience and proven management skills. You will be conversant in IFRS/US, GAAP/HK and have sound insurance product knowledge.
