Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our team playing a vital role in achieving our goals. You will be responsible for contributing specialist expertise to the development and management of appealing, profitable and innovative products fulfilling the needs of our clients.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for providing expertise for private equity products. Observing external and internal trends and developments, formulating and assessing product requests/ideas and submitting corresponding proposals for new product developments or modifications.

• Contributing specialist knowledge during all phases of the product development and introduction process as well for supporting the ongoing product management activities.

• Update and maintain own expertise and to contribute to the education of colleagues to help ensure the team delivers high quality results.

• Work with Client Advisors to manage a broad scope of client requests

Requirements:

Our ideal candidates should have the following requisites:

• Graduate degree in Finance and / or CFA with a minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry

• Private Equity advisory / research or asset management in the WM business desirable

• Successful track record working in a demanding and dynamic environment

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Know-how and experience in sales and marketing

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
