The successful incumbent will play a critical role in the agency growth and development across the region.
Responsible for:
- Identifying drivers of growth of agency taking into account industry trends, marketing/product development and competition activity
- Standardising sales management best practice across the region in tied agency
- Establishing processes to improve the documentation of best practice initiatives to build solutions that can be utilised to accelerate time to market
- Evaluate and recommend new agency strategies, models and/or enhance existing models
- Work closely with the regional strategic team to initiate and develop opportunities of business development through M&A in the region.
To be considered for this role you must have 12 - 15 years of distribution experience with at least 6 years in Agency Management, preferably currently working as a Chief Agency Officer or in a Head of Agency position with a significant Insurance player.
