Due to expansion they are now inviting prospective candidates with life insurance / investment product experience for the post of Team Head, Investment Products, for this large Hong Kong office. Our client is highly respected in the market and is a global leader.

Reporting directly to the Head of Life Products, your role will encompass:

• Leading the Investment product team for the full spectrum for product development, on-going product maintenance, market research and intelligence, development of market support, communication with distribution channels and post-and-after of new product launch activities.
• Managing the life business lines in terms of product development, product management and business development
• Working closely with various distribution channels in product development and new initiatives
• Playing an active role in terms of proposing new initiatives to help boost the business results
• Work closely with the product implementation team with members from Actuarial, Life Operations, IT, Legal and Distribution for new product development and the drive of product performance
• Leading and managing the team; providing coaching and guidance to team members.

Requirements:

• University degree educated with at least 8 years in the financial services industry with experience in marketing and product development
• Ability to handle the product development projects for multiple lines of business
• Good market and product knowledge
• Good presentation skills
• Good problem solving, communication, project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
