My client is a relatively new and highly regarded Middle Eastern bank, with an investment banking arm. They are experiencing rapid growth and expansion with plans to broaden into the broader regional and eventually global market.
The new position of Head of Corporate Communications will be responsible for managing the Bank’s communications process, ensuring the provision of professional communication and public relations to continuously enhance and manage the Bank’s brand and public image in local, regional and international markets, across various stakeholders. The role will also manage the Group's corporate social responsibility activities as well as providing a 'marketing' function to the Bank’s various divisions.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience in a major global retail bank; have exceptional communications and PR skills with at least 10 years in a senior communication capacity.
Regional experience and fluency in Arabic and English an advantage but not a must; however significant banking sector experience with a global bank is required. This is an exciting opportunity and will be a rewarding challenge for the successful candidate.
