Our client provides financial restructuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and financial opinions and advisory services. Due to substantial growth and current market conditions, they are now looking to grow their Financial Restructuring business in Paris.

They are looking for two Senior Associates to work on a variety of transactions, including creditor-side and company-side restructurings and distressed M&A. As active members of deal teams, you will gain exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products across many industries.

Candidates must have strong financial modeling/ quantitative skills and finance-related work experience. A recognised MBA would be desirable and excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must. You will have the ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment and be able to manage simultaneous projects.

You may have come from a Leveraged Finance (origination) and/or Corporate Finance background within a recognised financial institution.  As this role is based in Paris, fluency in French is required although other European languages will also be considered.
