Our client, an independent private equity real estate firm is looking for an associate. The firm manages funds on behalf of a diverse group of pension funds, private foundations, endowment funds and high net worth individuals. Target investment markets are UK, Europe and emerging Europe.

You will be involved in the transaction process, from marketing to execution. Typical involvement will include original valuation, competition or market research, financial modelling, due diligence, financing and closing. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop your transactional experience in a boutique environment with a team dedicated to the growth of the business. You will need to demonstrate:

Exceptional academic record: typically a 1st class degree from a leading university.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a recognised investment bank in a real estate investment banking team or on the principal investment side of private equity real estate firm.  Additional skills include: experience of executing transactions and strong financial modelling experience.

Additional European languages will be beneficial.
