Unique opportunity to join an expanding, dynamic global boutique business. Our client provides specialised fiduciary/accounting and administration services to global financial institutions and investment management firms. Operating from a number of key onshore and offshore locations.

Currently our client seeks a high calibre professional to join their specialist team here in Dublin. Successful candidate will take responsibility for the relationship management of a portfolio of fund accounting and valuation clients and supervision of a fund administration team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocation of client relationships to staff, taking into account resource limits and relationship issues;

• Responsibility for ensuring that group NAV files are compliant with all internal policies and procedures;

• Monitoring client satisfaction and client complaints, including NAV deadlines of the group;

• Preparing new business proposals and proposals for submission to the Business Acceptance Committee;

• Reviewing and signing-off of allocation spreadsheets and fee calculations for new funds set up by staff to ensure compliance with offering documentation and other relevant service level agreements;

• Assessing and advising clients of compliance requirements and obtaining necessary information for approval, ensuring completion and submission of the required compliance documentation prior to commencing work and in accordance with all internal procedures;

• Monitoring progress to ensure that annual administration in respect of the group is completed on a timely basis (i.e. annual reviews, registered office client annual verifications, annual invoices for govt fees where relevant);

• Acting as primary point of escalation for operational issue resolution,

• Compilation of group level management & risk reporting;

• Actively seek feedback on the effectiveness of service delivery, leading efforts to improve client satisfaction;

• Understand clients and their operating environment and circumstances, and the strategic issues that may impact the client;

Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in offshore investment funds (professional qualification desirable). Strong remuneration package and excellent career development prospects.
