Our US Distribution Group, located in Stamford, CT, is currently seeking an Internal Wholesaler to serve as an integral part of an elite Internal Wholesaler desk, responsible for sales of asset management products to independent and regional broker dealer distribution companies.

Our US Distribution Group, located in Stamford, CT, is currently seeking an Internal Wholesaler to serve as an integral part of an elite Internal Wholesaler desk, responsible for sales of asset management products to independent and regional broker dealer distribution companies.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
 

  • Establish strong relationships with existing investment professionals in territory while making new contacts to generate new business.
  • Consistently offer sales ideas and other forms of marketing support to external wholesaler and sales team.
  • Act as a partner to external wholesaler by providing follow-up and sales support to branch meetings, walk-throughs and one on ones.
  • Make 65-75 daily proactive outbound sales calls regarding Prospecting/Profiling, follow-up, thank you calls and time sensitive campaigns.
  • Proficiently utilize all applications i.e.:Principia Pro, Bloomberg, CDA Weisenberger, as well as competitive analysis of products.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
 

  • Extensive financial industry knowledge with mutual funds.
  • Enthusiastic team player and self starter with ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Clear and efficient communicator.
  • Result oriented.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to work multiple projects with multiple parts of the division at the same time.
  • Technologically proficient and knowledgeable.
  • Well versed in all of our product for distribution, including: Separate accounts, mutual funds and 529 plans as well as all value added services.
  • Strong customer relationship management and servicing skills as well as internal corporate relationship management capabilities.
  • Completion of Series 7 and 66.
