This a technical role where the Credit Risk Manager will be responsible for delivering enhanced risk measurement through the development of Basel II compliant credit models and providing technical guidance in the delivering of a Group wide Basel II compliant credit risk environment.

The Challenge

Great opportunity for an experienced Credit Risk Modeller with 5yrs+ Banking experience to become a manager on the credit risk team of the retail division. Working in Head Office in Dublin City Centre the Credit Risk Manager will be responsible for delivering enhanced risk measurement through the development of Basel II compliant credit models and providing technical guidance in the delivering of a Group wide Basel II compliant credit risk environment.

The Candidiate

This is a very technical role which requires advanced specialist modelling and programming skills (SAS/SQL/SPSS/Access/ VBA) and have experience (5yrs+) working in a credit risk management role in the financial services sector. Prior experience working with credit risk rating models and an in depth knowledge of Basel II is essential for this role.

The Client is a high profile bank with the role based in its Head Office in Dublin City Centre.

The Compensation

There is a competitive salary on offer commensurate with experience (65-75k) and an extensive benefits package.
