Hence, they are seeking individuals with the right experience, leadership and track record of innovation which will help them to leverage even more opportunities to grow their business in the Asian marketplace.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR/ DIRECTOR, FX SALES (Asia)

• Design and execute an Asian FX business plan in line with global organizational goals, specifically regarding key components of revenue, volume and client acquisition targets.

• Working with the Director of FX Asia in identifying FX market trends and developing initiatives to develop Asian FX clients with the aim of expanding FX volumes and revenues.

• Help to diversify Asian FX client base, especially into the high-margin products (options and new products) and client segments (full-paying retail clients).

• Assist in provision of FX coverage for US- and European-based clients during Asian trading hours.

• Contribute to the development of FX Products; in particular growing the FX Options business in the Asia.

• Assist in developing and delivering training and education of current, pending, and planned FX products in the region.

• Work closely with Relationship Managers and Asian Marketing team on efforts to build the overall FX client base and product awareness in Asia.

• Represent the FX product line to the Asian client base as well as various industry events and seminars.

• Help to build FX relationships with Asian Central Banks and regulators to provide FX Specialist product knowledge and resource.

• Help to build FX relationships with Asian-based FCM’s, ISV’s, and other client portals in order to build and diversify client base.

Job Requirements

• Deep knowledge of FX Options product (either OTC or Exchange traded)

• Min 5 years of relevant experience

• Deep knowledge of regional Asian FX markets and good regional FXO contacts

• Must be willing to travel throughout Asia for training and education (but remain Singapore based)
