Qualifications & Skills:

1. An engineering degree from a reputable university in electrical or building services engineering.
2. At least 10 years post-qualification experience in the E&M building services sector, and shall be capable of the following as a minimum:
   1. Production of electrical design specifications, analysis and documentation
   2. Fault and risk analysis of electrical systems.
3. Membership of a recognised institution e.g. IEE, CIBSE, ASHRAE etc.
4. Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
5. Good communication skills
6. Good client facing skills.
