Transfer Agency - Registration - Supervisor  (ref 0808-62ET)

Your main role:

• oversee the day to day activity of the Registration Department
• provide guidelines to the policies and procedures to enhance effectiveness
• monitor the KYC  requirements from clients
• liaise with internal and external auditors.
• establish service standards and procedures for Transfer Agency clients
• educate clients on changing industry initiatives  through presentations.
• staff supervision and training
  

Your profile:

• university degree in accounting, banking, business administration, or equivalent professional qualificationOnly candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
• 5 years experience in Transfer Agency
• minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience 
• advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook…)
• fluent English, written and spoken
