Transfer Agency - Registration - Supervisor (ref 0808-62ET)
Your main role:
- oversee the day to day activity of the Registration Department
- provide guidelines to the policies and procedures to enhance effectiveness
- monitor the KYC requirements from clients
- liaise with internal and external auditors.
- establish service standards and procedures for Transfer Agency clients
- educate clients on changing industry initiatives through presentations.
- staff supervision and training
Your profile:
- university degree in accounting, banking, business administration, or equivalent professional qualificationOnly candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
- 5 years experience in Transfer Agency
- minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience
- advanced computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook…)
- fluent English, written and spoken
