Ernst & Young's Regulatory & Risk Management team provides innovative and practical approaches to help our clients integrate their risk and compliance strategies. We currently have an opportunity for a Manager within our Enterprise Risk Services team.

You will be responsible for managing multi-discipline teams, delivering consultancy assignments to major Financial Institutions in implementing risk-based performance measurement, economic capital and capital management programmes. You will also take a lead role in supporting the Head of ERS to develop and build the supporting team.

Experience/Qualifications:
*Academic Qualifications, a good first degree from a leading university / Masters Degree (desirable)
*In depth experience of Financial Services, banking products and processes.
*Technical knowledge of Basel II/FSA Rules
*Strong consulting and project management skills, along with excellent relationship management capability.
*A second fluent European language would be desirable.
