Comprised of 13 people, the Consolidation and Reporting department within Global Finance delivers:
- Global financial monthly reporting
- Consolidation of AXA IM Group management entities
- Consolidation of AXA IM funds and vehicles controlled and consolidated by AXA Group
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, your main responsibilities will be to assist the team in the following tasks:
- Producing the Financial Monthly Reporting by ensuring the accuracy and the quality of the P&L reporting for AXA IM entities, writing comments on the AXA IM group activities (assets under management, financial indexes etc.), and providing quantitative and qualitative analysis for the financial monthly booklet.
- Producing the five-year strategic plan, the budget and the forecasts.
- Ensuring that transfer pricing is appropriate: recharging of AXA IM Holding's costs, Fee Sharing for cross border OPCVM, etc.
- Conducting ad hoc studies.
What sort of profile are we looking for:
- Currently undertaking final year of a business-related Master’s degree - a specialisation in accounting, financial controlling or audit is an asset.
- Previous related experience in financial consolidation or reporting would be an advantage
- Fluency in English is required
- Good proficiency in MS Office: Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and VBA would be a plus.
