Workforce Planning (WFP) is a new discipline within Global Talent in IB HR. To date, WFP has been conducted as a series of pilots, most recently in China.
WFP aims to provide a toolset to support closer alignment between long-term business strategy and talent management activities in HR, with the aim of ensuring we have the right person in the right place at the right time and cost to be able to realise the business strategy.
