 Our client,  a well established and growing financial institution, is looking for a born team leader with solid investment fund experience (6 to 10 years) to take on responsibilities as 

 Fund Accounting Group Manager  - mutual funds (ref 0809-98ADV)

Your main role:

• manage and organise your group 
• develop an internal strategy in order to achieve objectives for your group
• define orientation in terms of new developments and enhancements
• follows KPI's and deliver reporting to executive
• ensure that procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to
• liaise between the FA Department Manager and the team managers
• lead, train and recruit staff (up to 50 people)
• manage strategic projects
• manage the budget of the desk

Your profile:

• university degree and/or relevant professional training
• 6 to 10 years investment fund experience
• knowledge of Luxembourg banking and investment fund legislation/regulations
• previous successful people management experience
• fluent written and spoken English and French Only candidates who are EU residents or currently hold a valid Luxembourg work permit can be considered for this position
• budget focus
• excellent analytical and problem solving skills
