Our Client

Our client is a pro active , dynamic international financial institution with a solid reputation in the marketplace.

The Position

• To identify strategic service delivery issues in Fund Administration Operations and implement such issues with country teams.
• To assist with the identification and migration of best operational practice across the entire Fund Administration foot print 
• To liaise closely with the all Sales and product Heads on all service matters, thereby ensuring the service delivered by various countries platforms are top quality, delighting customers by always meeting, and sometimes exceeding their requirements, contained in Service Level Agreements.
• To proactively monitor and manage operational, system and channel risks of the delivered products, highlighting any potential and actual breakdown of controls to Group Service Delivery

The Candidate

• The ideal candidate should lead a large team in fund administration.
• Strong experience in system integration and setup of service hubs.
• Should have worked in a fund house, asset management firm or fund administration setup
• Should have minimum 10 years of experience.
