Responsibilities: - Support Operation Client Service Function on Cash Equity Settlement Operation.
- Manage and service cross-boarder plus regional markets.
- Provide one-stop service to global Top Tier Clients.
- Coordinate with front office, regional offices, operational units and local settlement agents to speed up the pre-matching and settlement process.
- Ensure proper actions are taken to facilitate smooth settlement and avoid any potential issues.
- Monitor and resolve tasks in Operations' Systems.
- Follow-up and status update to clients on their queries.
- Work with London and NY Offices for solving issues to achieve 24-hour support model.
- Log MIS issues that are raised by internal and external clients, follow-up and update until they are closed.
- MIS data analysis and review and then working with all stakeholders for productivity improvement.
Requirements: - University graduated with minimum of 3 years Cash Equity Operation experience and solid knowledge in Asian Pacific markets.
- Business minded, self-motivated, energetic and innovative.
- Self- confident and performance driven.
- Robust experience on cash equity settlement / operation.
- Good analytical skill & attentive to details.
- Independent with good initiative and a teamwork player.
- Ability to work with demanding individual and overtime when required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible, take ownership and Client-Oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Ability to articulate, formulate and deliver quality presentations.
