The Role

Bloomberg Trade Order Management System (TOMS) is an industry leading, comprehensive fixed income solution for the trading community. The TOMS functionality suite covers all aspects of sell-side trade capture, position management and straight through processing while leveraging Bloomberg¿s core data, news and analytics.

Account and Implementation Management for the TOMS product are provided by a dedicated person whose goal is to provide the highest level of customer care to our Bloomberg clients. As an Account/Implementation Representative you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external users and take ownership of issues from question through to resolution, liaising with sales, business and R&D, providing solutions to the client during and after implementation.

Bloomberg is looking for candidates that are highly motivated, ready for a challenge and that can equal Bloomberg¿s high energy environment. As part of the Account/Implementation team you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the TOM system including a broad range of functionality and Bloomberg¿s interaction with the world of electronic trading.


Qualifications

- Fixed Income / Risk Management background in sell-side business
- Solid experience in financial markets
- Customer focused attitude
- Strong communication skill
- Excellent analytical skill
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task and work well under pressure in a team environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English, and Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a must
