Our client is growing fast ! To assist in the delivery of the HR strategy aligned to business needs, our client, a real estate investment management company, is looking for an experienced (5 years + ) HR individual able to think around processes and implement procedures and global HR initiatives for the Luxembourg, Paris and Frankfurt offices. This is a very challenging and varied role in a dynamic and evolving environment !
HR Manager (ref 0809-54ADV) full time or flexible part-time Your main role:
- manage the entire recruitment process and prepare employment contracts
- advise and coach managers on best practice recruitment, HR issues, practices and procedures
- manage outsourced payroll function
- general HR administration (database maintenance, filing process,...)
- ensure the implementation of a training plan and organise training requests
- maintain knowledge of employment legislation
- co-coordinate compensation and benefits and manage annual remuneration review process
- administer the performance management process
- management reporting
Your profile:
- university degree
- minimum 5 years HR experience in an international organisation or within the financial services sector
- good working knowledge of Luxembourg, French and German employment regulations
- fluent written and spoken English and French. German is an advantage
- demonstrated ability to initiate and manage change as well as providing advice on a range of HR issues
- ability to prepare complex analysis, briefings and reports
- willing to work overtime according to business needs
