About Our Client
Our Client is a reputed organisation in the Shipping & Aviation investments industry. Due to recent upgradation of the organisation structure, there is a need for a Finance Manager to handle the accounting functions for their various entities in Singapore.

Job Description
This is a diverse role covering financial accounting and provides exposure to management reporting. The key responsibilities are -

• Handle full sets of accounts for upto 5 main entities and upto 10 small entities
• Perform month end close, management accounts and statutory accounts
• Co-ordinate annual audits with external auditors
• Prepare Board Papers for quarterly Board Meetings
• Provide support for transaction operations
• Support the Office Manager in administrative matters

The Successful Applicant

• 5-7 years of Accounting Experience; Qualified Accountants preferred
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager position
• Experience in handling finance and accounts for assets such as ships, airplanes, property etc.
• Diligent worker with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a small office
