Our Transaction Services team is expanding rapidly and has been involved in the leading Mergers and Acquisitions in Australia and globally. We add value to our clients at all stages of a transaction, from pre-acquisition analysis and modelling to structuring and due diligence. Strong growth in all areas of our business has resulted in new opportunities for outstanding Account Directors to join our highly talented team.

Be involved in:

• a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, takeovers, mergers, divestments, capital raisings
• global deals with international and national blue chip clients, emerging companies and private equity firms
• providing truly innovative solutions to our clients not simply managing transactions.

You'll be an analytical chartered accountant with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and ideally you will have a strong Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Audit background.  We are looking for talented people who poses strong financial modelling & report writing skills who have the ability to present solutions to clients with a quick turnaround time.
