The Senior Market Risk Analyst provides oversight of market risk and communicates risk effectively to all levels of management. The Market Risk analyst provides risk management expertise to the Front Office to enable business heads and traders to adequately utilize risk capacity.

Experience/Qualifications

* Market risk analysis experience from a broker/dealer, hedge fund or exchange environment

* Previous exposure to credit risk highly beneficial

* Appreciation and awareness of settlement risk desirable

* Experience of Derivatives essential

* Knowledge of exchange trade products highly advantageous

* Market analysis tool experience

* Excellent PC skills, ideally with programming and database skills (Access, Excel, VB) & experience of using ALM tools, with demonstrable ability to spec new systems and stress related testing
