The Structuring Group is comprised of 3 professionals within AXA IM Investment Solutions department with the objective to propose and implement tailor-made products in a wide range of different asset classes for both AXA Group and third party clients (insurance companies, pension funds, corporates..).

Reporting to the Head of Structuring Group, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Assist the team in understanding / learning the financial, legal, regulatory and fiscal problems relating to the structuring of products linked to AXA IM expertises.

• Assist the launching of structures in collaboration with other AXA IM departments.

• Build specific and streamlined dedicated tools, templates and processes for AXA IM Investment Solutions.

What sort of profile are we looking for:

• Currently studying in Engineering School or University with a major in finance

• Knowledge in Financial derivatives instruments is an advantage

• A first experience in Financial Services should be a plus

• Literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and VBA

• Fluent in English

• Good Communication Skills

• Creative and curious mind

• Team player, detail-oriented and ability to take initiative
