Responsibilities:
In this role you will manage specific mandates as well as provide leadership and coaching to a motivated team. Experienced in performance management, staff development and succession planning is desirable. An ambitious and driven personality, you will play a key part in delivering practical solutions to real business issues.
Day to day you will resolve problems escalated to you as well as advise on sourcing strategies for individual business groups. Confident and well presented you consider yourself a credible and visible recruitment expert on APAC resourcing matters.
You will develop an in-depth understanding of the company culture and respond to resourcing challenges daily, as well as provide market intelligence and investigate ways of achieving competitive advantage.
Your aim is to ensure the team meets/exceeds set objectives, deliver on a number of key roles within your dedicated client groups and use direct sourcing channels to drive low fee, no fee recruiting behaviours. You will also deliver regular presentations and structure business reports as well as impart knowledge of global recruitment trends.
