As a 7city Financial Instructor, you will provide world-class training to the employees of the most well-known and highly regarded institutions in the financial markets.

Who are you?

You will be a driven, motivated, highly enthusiastic individual with experience in either investment banking, asset management, or a professional training environment. Successful applicants must have a strong academic background and preferably an advanced designation such as CFA, MBA, or CPA.

You will be an exceptional communicator and effectively engage with groups ranging in size and ability. All applicants are expected to demonstrate high levels of energy, enthusiasm and pride in their work. You must have a keen interest in the learning process and enjoy facilitating greater understanding of the financial markets and its related products.

In summary, you must be able to demonstrate the 7city motto… “a passion to deliver”.

Regardless of background, 7city ensures all new instructors go through our “train the trainer” program to build and enhance their teaching skills. In your teaching, you will be using the latest technology in classroom delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• To have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants, and the supporting training material as published by 7city Learning;
• To deliver courses which satisfy the objectives of varying groups of participants;
• To assist with the preparation of training materials;
• To support the continued development of online modules.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory;
• Strong technical financial markets knowledge recently gained with a leading financial services organization;
• Strong academic background and/or financial professional designation such as CFA, MBA, or CPA is preferable;
• Previous training skills are desirable;
• First rate organization, planning, and preparation skills;
• Ability to work on both an individual and team basis;
• A passion for education and the learning process.
