Your role will be appropriate to your level of experience and may involve financial analysis and valuation, strategy, documentation, due diligence, structuring and negotiation as well as origination in relation to buy and sell-side mandates, public and private transactions, cross-border assignments and ongoing strategic advice. You will have gained your own corporate finance experience from a top tier investment bank or boutique or perhaps an active corporate and you will demonstrate high levels of personal drive as well as excellent communication skills.
