Do you have equity derivatives experience, preferably in equity swaps? Have you have exposure to large scale projects?

Our client, a leading investment banks, requires a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager to join its Derivatives Project Group. The job holder will work in the Equity swaps team supporting the Equity Division. The Equity swaps team operates globally and is responsible for delivering solutions to business issues, front and back. There are multiple work streams already underway in the equity swaps space and initially the role holder will be responsible for Event Management. This is a major initiative driven by the Equity Swaps Business Unit and Operations to affect scalability, revenue enablement and improved client service. This initiative is a front to back renovation project that will provide event management throughout the life of a swap, including the ability to respond to business events and make mass amendments.

The successful candidate should have sound equity swaps product knowledge. This role has many aspects to it and requires the candidate to be a strategic thinker and capable of managing initiatives in the short to long term to meet operational goals and to support business unit revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence at senior levels. The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues.
