Functional Responsibilities
- Signing off on preparation of Fund quarterly financial statements.
- Signing off on preparation of semi-annual Employee Fund financial statements.
- Treasury Management- determining capital calls and distributions to investors / overall Fund Liquidity management
- Manage domestic Operating Partner relationships
- Work closely with Counterparts located internationally
- Assist Acquisition and Tax Staff on the structuring of investments for tax and book purposes as well as deterring reporting requirements
- Work closely with internal Financing Group to obtain financing or maintaining lender relationships
- Investor Relations- working with investors to assist in better understanding their value or Fund financial statements
- Fund Raising- reviewing PPM's, Limited Partnership Agreements, Investor Marketing Calls
- Liase with internal Controller's department for reporting and tracking P&L, Balance Sheet Usage, Consolidation Issues and Price Verification of asset values
Management Responsibilities:
- Co-manage directly a team which includes three professionals
- Manage a Fund Administration team
- Indirectly/Oversight assist in managing a team of Accountants who support the Funds
6+ years of relevant experience required. CPA preferred but not required. LLM or MBA preferred but not required.
