As a key member of Mercer’s Investment Consulting business, you will consult to wealth management clients, conduct client presentations, facilitate training sessions and contribute to product and fund manager research. This significant role will see you working in partnership with the business to support, refine and contribute ideas to the successful execution of Mercer’s business plan.

You will also participate in business development, sales and key marketing activities including conference presentation and article production on key industry topics.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have sound knowledge of investments and the financial planning process in Australia
• Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy managing internal and external relationships, and influencing stakeholders to meet desired outcomes
• Be a self starter and enjoys working within a team environment

Candidates may come from a background in asset consulting, retail funds management, or dealer group research and investment services. Alternatively, candidates may also have advisory experience in private banking or high net worth financial planning.
